Early Frost Damage: Recent Frosts have went very hard on our fruit crop for this year. We have had a 100% loss of the stone fruit this year, apricots, peaches, nectarine, plums and cherries… We apologize for those that have been looking forward to our fruit this year, it looks like we will be limited to strawberries and raspberries this year… As long as nothing goes wrong from hear on out.

Most of the apple crop will also be wiped out, but we may have a few late blooms set, so we might have a few, but will be very limited this year… The grapes have not budded out yet, so we may get some grapes, but it has froze off some of the early buds, so not sure if there will be anything left there.. Crazy early spring came back and bit us…

Due to all the frost we didn’t plant the tomatoes out in the high tunnel yet, so they will be a little later than last year.. Looking to plant them out the first week in May.
